Instructions
Prep and chop all ingredients.
Layer potatoes, veggies, and chicken in slow cooker.
Add seasonings and broth, then cover.
Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4.
Add cornstarch slurry and peas; finish cooking 30 min.
Stir in herbs, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
