Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup milk whole milk recommended
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 egg large
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

Optional Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoon milk adjust for thickness
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • food coloring optional

Instructions

  • Plug in and preheat the mini donut maker as per instructions.
  • Whisk dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine gently.
  • Transfer batter into a piping bag and fill donut cavities ⅔ full.
  • Close lid and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Brush with butter and roll in cinnamon sugar or dip in glaze.
