- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops 60g vanilla whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- Extra sea salt for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, salt
Cream together melted coconut oil and coconut sugar
Add egg and vanilla to wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Fold in chocolate chips
Form 12 cookies on lined baking sheet
Sprinkle with sea salt
Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden
Cool completely on baking sheet
