Instructions
Line and grease a square pan with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk in microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add butter and vanilla; stir until combined.

Pour mixture into pan and smooth top.
Refrigerate until fully set.
Cut into squares and serve.
