  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 Large head fresh broccoli Cut into florets

Garlic Cream Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper For sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped

Instructions

  • Mix oil, garlic, and spices; coat chicken and let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  • Cut broccoli into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken until internal temp reaches 165°F; let rest, then slice.
  • Cook broccoli until tender-crisp (grill, steam, or roast).
  • Sauté garlic in butter, add flour and cream, stir in cheese and seasonings.
  • Toss chicken and broccoli in sauce; garnish and serve.
