Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed) the riper the better
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pkt instant yeast 2 ¼ tsp
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the Cinnamon Sugar Filling

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup softened butter

For the Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mash bananas and mix wet ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  • Let dough rise until doubled.
  • Roll out dough and spread filling.
  • Cut into rolls and arrange in pan.
  • Let rise again.
  • Bake until golden.
  • Prepare glaze and drizzle on warm rolls.
