  • 1 Rubber spatula

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream cold
  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice for extra tang
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder for chocolate variation
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract substitute for vanilla

Instructions
