  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur rum, brandy, or coffee; optional

  • Mix cocoa and cream.
  • Stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Beat until soft peaks.
