Ingredients
Salad Base

fresh baby spinach leaves
thoroughly washed and dried

hulled and sliced

Instructions
Prep all salad ingredients: wash and dry spinach, hull and slice strawberries, chop walnuts, and slice red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, layer spinach, strawberries, walnuts, cheese, and onion.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving and toss gently to combine.
