Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut water Pure, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh, sweet, ripe
  • 0.5 Mango Peeled and cubed
  • 0.5 Cucumber Peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 8–10 Mint leaves Washed and fresh
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes Optional, for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave Optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds Optional add-in
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder Optional, for anti-inflammatory benefits

Instructions

  • Wash and chop all produce
  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Pulse then blend until smooth
  • (Optional) Strain into pitcher
