Ingredients

Essential Base

  • 1 cup espresso or cold brew coffee cooled
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup mascarpone cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Tiramisu Flavor

  • 2 pcs ladyfinger cookies crushed
  • 2 tablespoon coffee liqueur optional
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

Garnish & Finishing

  • to taste cocoa powder for dusting
  • to taste crushed ladyfingers
  • optional whipped cream
  • to taste dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Whisk mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until creamy, then slowly add milk and liqueur.
  • Fill two glasses with ice, add coffee, and stir in crushed ladyfingers.
  • Whip cream, fold into mascarpone, then spoon mixture over coffee for layering.
  • Top with cocoa powder, more cookies, and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
