  • 1 Fine-mesh strainer
  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Sharp knife

Main Ingredients

  • 6–8 navel oranges or Valencia or blood oranges
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest optional
  • ice cubes for serving
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Roll and wash the oranges
  • Cut each orange in half
  • Juice using a citrus reamer or electric juicer
  • Strain juice with a fine-mesh sieve
  • Stir in lemon juice and zest (optional)
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Serve over ice with mint garnish
