Instructions
Crush 16 cookies, press into greased springform pan, chill.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whipped cream into filling mixture.
Spread filling evenly over crust and smooth the top with spatula.
Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
