Ingredients

  • 24 soft sugar cookies for crust and topping
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Crush 16 cookies, press into greased springform pan, chill.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Whip cream to stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into filling mixture.
  • Spread filling evenly over crust and smooth the top with spatula.
  • Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
