Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Hulled; frozen can be used for thicker texture
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned; drain well
  • 4 oz Coconut cream Not coconut milk; cream is thicker
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar or syrup Adjust to taste; optional based on fruit sweetness
  • 2 cups Ice cubes

Garnishes

  • 2 slices Strawberry garnish Optional
  • 2 wedges Pineapple garnish Optional
  • 2 pieces Maraschino cherries Optional

Instructions

  • Wash and hull strawberries; cut pineapple chunks.
  • Blend strawberries, some pineapple juice, and ice.
  • Add pineapple, coconut cream, juice, and ice to blender.
  • Combine strawberry and base layer; pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and garnish.
