  • 2 pkg Strawberry gelatin 3 oz each, any brand
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream Very cold, for best whipping results
  • 2 cups Boiling water To dissolve gelatin

Instructions

  • Slice angel food cake into 3 layers
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
  • Chill gelatin until syrupy
  • Whip cream to stiff peaks
  • Fold gelatin into whipped cream
  • Layer cake with cloud mixture
  • Chill for at least 4 hours
