Ingredients

Softened

Fresh strawberries
Optional, Finely chopped, patted dry ,or use below

Strawberry protein powder
substitute for strawberries

Powdered sugar

Vanilla extract

tablespoon
Lemon juice
Freshly squeezed

Butter
Melted to bind the coating

White chocolate chips
Optional melted for drizzle
Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice. Mix well.
Add protein powder or fold in chopped strawberries.
Cover and chill mixture for 30 minutes.
Roll chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
Chill the coated balls for another 15–20 minutes to set.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
Store in an airtight container in fridge (5 days) or freeze (up to 3 months)
