  • 1 Mixing bowl Medium-sized
  • 1 Hand mixer Or stand mixer
  • 1 Cookie scoop Or tablespoon
  • 1 Rubber spatula For folding in berries
  • 1 Baking sheet Lined with parchment
  • Plastic Wrap For chilling the mix

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Optional, Finely chopped, patted dry ,or use below
  • 1 scoop Strawberry protein powder substitute for strawberries
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted to bind the coating
  • ¼ cup White chocolate chips Optional melted for drizzle

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Add protein powder or fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Cover and chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Roll chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Chill the coated balls for another 15–20 minutes to set.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container in fridge (5 days) or freeze (up to 3 months)
