  • 1 Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • ¼ package Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 20–25 slices Spicy pepperoni
  • 0.25 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing

Spice Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper Adjust to taste
  • Salt & black pepper To taste

For Brushing

  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Mixed with butter
  • Fresh parsley For garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into rectangles.
  • Mix spice blend ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add sauce, pepperoni, and cheese to each rectangle.
  • Roll up dough and pinch seams tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Brush each roll with melted butter and garlic powder.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
