Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles Ramen, lo mein, or spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons Butter For silky coating
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced; whites and greens separated
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar For sweet-spicy balance
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Low-sodium optional
  • 1–2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil Adds nutty depth
  • 2 Eggs (optional) Fried or scrambled
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish

Instructions

  • Cook noodles until al dente.
  • Mix soy sauce, sriracha, brown sugar & oil.
  • Sauté garlic and onion whites in butter.
  • Toss cooked noodles in sauce until coated.
  • Add egg or protein and finish in skillet.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds & onion tops.
