Instructions
Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
Line loaf pan with parchment.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, then eggs one by one.
Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in sifted flour gently.
Pour batter into loaf pan, bake 50–60 minutes until top is caramelized.
Let rest at room temperature, then chill at least 3 hours before serving.
