Ingredients

  • 32 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
  • Line loaf pan with parchment.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, then eggs one by one.
  • Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
  • Fold in sifted flour gently.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan, bake 50–60 minutes until top is caramelized.
  • Let rest at room temperature, then chill at least 3 hours before serving.
