Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Slice Cabbage – Cut cabbage into ¾-inch thick steaks, keeping core intact.
Season – Brush both sides with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder (and optional spices).
Roast – Place on parchment-lined sheet, roast 15 minutes.
Flip – Carefully flip, roast another 12–15 minutes until golden brown edges.
Finish – Optional: brush with balsamic glaze in last 3 minutes.
