Instructions
Blend chopped cucumbers until smooth.
Strain cucumber juice into a pitcher.
Juice lemons and strain out seeds and pulp.
Mix cucumber and lemon juices together.
Dissolve sugar in warm water and stir into the pitcher.
Add remaining cold water and a pinch of sea salt.
Add ice cubes and stir gently.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve over ice with mint and citrus garnish.
