  • 1 cup Powdered sugar For rolling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine cake mix, cocoa powder, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Scoop dough using a 1.5-inch cookie scoop and roll into balls.
  • Roll each dough ball generously in powdered sugar until coated.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cookies have crackled and are just set in the center.
  • Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
