Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine cake mix, cocoa powder, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Scoop dough using a 1.5-inch cookie scoop and roll into balls.
Roll each dough ball generously in powdered sugar until coated.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cookies have crackled and are just set in the center.
Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
