Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • ½ cup whole milk or preferred milk alternative
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pumpkin Spice Blend

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground allspice

Toppings

  • whipped cream optional
  • extra cinnamon for dusting
  • caramel drizzle optional

Instructions

  • Brew coffee or espresso.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, and spices.
  • Heat milk in saucepan until steaming.
  • Froth milk with whisk/frother.
