Instructions
Brew your espresso or coffee.
Cool
– Let it cool to room temperature.
Whisk
– Mix coconut milk with beetroot powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Strain
– Strain the mixture if needed to remove lumps.
Fill
– Add ice to a glass and pour in the cooled coffee.
Layer
– Slowly pour in the pink coconut mixture.
