While the balls are chilling, melt your chosen chocolate using Microwave method: (Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth) or Double boiler method: (Heat over simmering water, stirring until melted).

Remove a few balls from the freezer at a time (keeping others cold).
Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool.
Gently tap off excess chocolate.
Place dipped balls back on the parchment paper.
Add any desired toppings immediately before the chocolate sets.
