Instructions

Prepare the Oreo Mixture

  • Place all Oreo cookies (filling included) in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed into even crumbs.
  • Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend until thoroughly combined and no white streaks remain.

Form the Balls

  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • Using a cookie scoop or measuring spoon, portion the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll each portion between your palms to create smooth, even balls.
  • Place the rolled balls on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Chocolate Coating

  • While the balls are chilling, melt your chosen chocolate using Microwave method: (Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth) or Double boiler method: (Heat over simmering water, stirring until melted).

  • Remove a few balls from the freezer at a time (keeping others cold).
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool.
  • Gently tap off excess chocolate.
  • Place dipped balls back on the parchment paper.
