Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • 1 small Frozen banana optional, for extra creaminess

Instructions

  • Peel and segment orange; measure all other ingredients.
  • Place liquids first, then soft ingredients, then frozen ones into blender.
  • Blend on low, then high until completely smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
