Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate Topping

  • ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Line 9x13" pan with parchment paper
  • Mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth
  • Add powdered sugar, graham crumbs, vanilla, salt; stir well
  • Press mixture into pan firmly
  • Microwave chocolate topping ingredients in 30-second bursts until smooth
  • Spread chocolate over peanut butter layer
  • Refrigerate 2 hours until set
  • Cut into bars
