Peanut Butter Layer
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Chocolate Topping
- ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp butter
Line 9x13" pan with parchment paper
Mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth
Add powdered sugar, graham crumbs, vanilla, salt; stir well
Press mixture into pan firmly
Microwave chocolate topping ingredients in 30-second bursts until smooth
Spread chocolate over peanut butter layer
Refrigerate 2 hours until set
Cut into bars
- Use room temp ingredients
- Cut with warm knife
- Use commercial peanut butter
