  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 8 oz Pasta Penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For finishing
  • Fresh basil Optional, for garnish

  • Season chicken
  • Sear chicken
  • Sauté garlic & tomatoes
  • Deglaze with broth
  • Add cream & simmer
  • Stir in parmesan
  • Cook pasta
  • Combine & toss
