Instructions

  • Mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar; let foam. Add butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth.
  • Let dough rise 30 minutes, covered, in a warm spot.
  • Roll dough, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, and top with bacon.
  • Roll into log, slice into 12 rolls, and arrange in pan. Let rise again 15 minutes.
  • Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Whisk glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm rolls.
