Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen hulled
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe peeled
  • 1 cup milk any milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for added sweetness
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes skip if using frozen fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional for added fiber & omega-3s

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the fruits
  • Add milk to the blender first
  • Add the rest of the ingredients
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into glasses and garnish
