Ingredients

For the Chicken

For the Rice

  • 1.5 cups Long-grain white rice White cooks faster

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  • Toast rice briefly, add broth and bay leaf.
  • Nestle chicken on rice, pour remaining marinade.
  • Cover, simmer on low for 25–30 min.
  • Rest 5 min, fluff rice, garnish with parsley and lemon.
