Ingredients

For the Protein & Cheese

  • 4 oz Salami chopped
  • 4 oz Pepperoni chopped
  • 4 oz Capicola chopped
  • 6 oz Provolone cheese diced
  • Mozzarella or white cheddar optional substitution

For the Dressing

  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Serving

  • 4 Sub rolls or hoagie rolls or serve as a salad bowl
