Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Wrap pan with foil.
Mix cookies, butter, and sugar. Press into pan. Bake crust.
Beat cream cheese, add sugar, then eggs one by one.
Add sour cream, cocoa, hot chocolate mix, vanilla, and salt.
Pour filling over crust. Place pan in water bath.
Bake 55–65 minutes until center jiggles slightly.
Cool in oven 1 hour. Run knife around edge.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Whip cream with sugar, top with marshmallows and chocolate.
