Instructions
Spread peanut butter or kaya between two bread slices to form a sandwich. Repeat for second sandwich.
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a shallow bowl.
Coat each sandwich fully in batter, letting excess drip off.
Preheat oil in deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry sandwiches 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Remove, drain on paper towels, serve hot with butter and condensed milk or syrup.
