Ingredients

heavy whipping cream

powdered sugar

Instructions
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes for better whipping.
Chill your pink lemonade or prepare it from scratch and refrigerate.
Whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, continue whipping until soft peaks form.
Add pink lemonade concentrate and whip for exactly 30 more seconds.
Add ice to glasses and pour in chilled pink lemonade (⅔ full).
Spoon or pipe whipped topping on lemonade, garnish with lemon and mint.
