Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold for best results
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar helps stabilize the whipped cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract adds depth of flavor
  • ¼ cup pink lemonade concentrate or strawberry lemonade mix as substitute
  • 1–2 drops Red food coloring optional; for more vibrant color
  • 2 cups pink lemonade chilled, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup ice cubes to serve in the glasses
  • 4 slices lemon for garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes for better whipping.
  • Chill your pink lemonade or prepare it from scratch and refrigerate.
  • Whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, continue whipping until soft peaks form.
  • Add pink lemonade concentrate and whip for exactly 30 more seconds.
  • Add ice to glasses and pour in chilled pink lemonade (⅔ full).
  • Spoon or pipe whipped topping on lemonade, garnish with lemon and mint.
