  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Coffee maker (or espresso machine)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strong coffee Cooled , or 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk preferred or plant-based
  • 3 tablespoon Granulated sugar Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Or ¼ vanilla bean, scraped
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla syrup Optional for extra vanilla flavor
  • to taste Whipped cream For topping
  • Pinch Xanthan gum Optional, for thicker frappuccino texture

Instructions

  • Brew strong coffee or espresso. Let it cool completely before blending.
  • In a blender, combine coffee, milk, sugar, vanilla, ice, and xanthan gum.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until slushy and smooth.
  • If too thick, add a splash of milk. If too runny, add a bit more ice.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with syrup if desired.
