Ingredients

Cooled , or 2 shots of espresso

Instructions
Brew strong coffee or espresso. Let it cool completely before blending.
In a blender, combine coffee, milk, sugar, vanilla, ice, and xanthan gum.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until slushy and smooth.
If too thick, add a splash of milk. If too runny, add a bit more ice.
Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with syrup if desired.
