Equipment

  • 1 Juicer Preferably cold-pressed or masticating
  • 1 Cutting board For prepping ingredients
  • 1 Knife For chopping fruits and veggies
  • 1 Glass jar For serving or storing
  • 1 Strainer If using a blender instead of a juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale Stems removed
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh organic if possible
  • 2 stalks Celery Cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 medium Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 medium Green Apple Cored and chopped
  • ½ piece Lemon Peeled
  • 1 inch Ginger Peeled and sliced
  • Optional ½ Green Pear For added sweetness

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all ingredients
  • Set up your juicer
  • Juice leafy greens first, then celery and cucumber
  • Add apple, lemon, and ginger last
  • Stir juice, pour into a glass, and serve immediately
