Ingredients

Sugar Cookie Syrup

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar sweet base
  • ¼ cup water for dissolving sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract classic cookie warmth
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract signature nutty flavor
  • 1 pinch salt balances sweetness

Latte

  • 2 shots espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice almond, oat, or dairy
  • 2–3 tablespoon sugar cookie syrup adjust to taste
  • whipped cream (optional) for topping
  • colorful sprinkles (optional) festive garnish

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool and transfer to an airtight jar.
  • Brew 2 shots of espresso or prepare strong coffee using a moka pot or espresso machine.
  • Heat and froth milk of choice until creamy and steamy.
  • In a tall mug, combine sugar cookie syrup, espresso, and frothed milk. Stir gently.
  • Top with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles for a festive finish.
