Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips for coating
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil helps thin the chocolate
  • pink food coloring optional
  • freeze-dried strawberry powder for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat and dry chopped strawberries
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and berries
  • Fold in crumbs and chill
  • Shape into balls
  • Melt chocolate and coat
  • Set in fridge
  • Garnish and store
