  • 1 Fine-mesh strainer (optional)
  • 1 Large pitcher
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks or use 1½ cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed (about 6–8 lemons)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • pineapple wedges for garnish
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • maraschino cherries optional for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Blend pineapple chunks with water until smooth. Strain if preferred.
  • Squeeze fresh lemons and remove seeds.
  • Mix pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, and water in a large pitcher until sugar dissolves.
  • Add ice and stir well. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
