Instructions
Simmer water and chai spices for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in sweetener and vanilla, then strain concentrate.
Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee.
Heat milk until steaming but not boiling.
Froth milk using a whisk or frother.
Pour chai concentrate and espresso into a mug.
Add steamed milk, top with foam, and garnish with cinnamon.
