Instructions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt coconut oil, honey, cocoa, and milk in saucepan.
Boil for exactly 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in oats (and optional mix-ins) until coated.
Drop spoonfuls on sheet and flatten slightly.
Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
