Ingredients

Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 medium frozen banana
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Let frozen fruit sit for 2–3 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Add almond milk, yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, sweetener, spinach, banana, and blueberries in order.
  • Start on low speed, then blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust with more milk or honey. Pour into a glass and garnish if desired.
