Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onions, cook until soft, then add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté until fragrant.
Sprinkle flour over beef mixture, stir, and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in beef broth, add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, stirring constantly.
Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes.
Add uncooked egg noodles, stir to submerge, then cover and cook for 7-9 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until fully blended.
Taste, adjust seasonings if needed, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
