Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14.75 oz each) Salmon Drained and flaked (or use fresh cooked)
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs Or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt
  • 2 Green onions Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing patties before grilling

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; gently fold to mix.
  • Shape mixture into 6 patties; chill on a plate for 15–30 minutes.
  • Grill on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
