Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour

  • 0.33 cup Honey or maple syrup or ½ cup sugar substitute
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil or butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Rolled oats optional, for extra texture

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough, chill 30 mins (optional).
  • Bake 10–12 min until edges set.
  • Cool on sheet 5 min, then rack.
