Instructions
Oven 350°F (175°C), pan ready
Mash – Bananas until mostly smooth
Mix Wet – Add yogurt, eggs, syrup, vanilla
Whisk Dry – Flour, soda, salt, spices
Combine – Fold wet into dry, do not overmix
Add-ins – Fold chips/nuts/oats if using
Bake – 55–65 min, test with toothpick
Cool – 10 min pan, then rack fully
