  • ¼ cup parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional but recommended
  • cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for low-carb option
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for baking or pan-searing
