Ingredients

Apple Filling

  • 6 medium Granny Smith apples peeled & sliced
  • cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ½ cup Gluten free oats certified GF
  • cup Coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  • Toss sliced apples with sugar, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and arrowroot.
  • Transfer apples evenly to baking dish.
  • Combine oats, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt. Stir in coconut oil & vanilla.
  • Spread topping evenly over apples.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
