Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
Toss sliced apples with sugar, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and arrowroot.
Transfer apples evenly to baking dish.
Combine oats, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt. Stir in coconut oil & vanilla.
Spread topping evenly over apples.
Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
