  • ¼ cup pecans or walnuts chopped, optional
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional

  • Add sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Drain all fruits thoroughly before adding.
  • Fold in fruits, marshmallows, and nuts.
  • Line loaf pan with plastic wrap.
  • Pour mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
